Vishu celebration at Zambar, Ambience Mall

To commemorate good harvest and the beginning of a New Year, Zambar is celebrating the Vishu festival, the Malayalam New Year on Saturday, 14th April 2019 with a grand feast of favourite vegetarian classics that promise to take you to the festive lanes of Kerala.

The exotic platter promises to serve the flavours and spices of Kerala with more than 18 dishes on the banana leaf. Relish Parippu Curry, Sambar, Rasam, Moru Kachiyathu, Inji Curry along with the brown rice.  Indulge in other lip-smacking dishes like Avial, Kaalan, Olan, Kootu Curry, Pulissery, Theeyal, Pal Payasam and a lot more, making the celebrations memorable.
