WA Thermomix Homemade Heroes - Hands-on cooking class

Discover how easy it is to make kitchen staples from scratch in your Thermomix®, then turn them into nutritious homemade family meals. Not only will you get hands-on creating delicious dishes, you'll also learn how to use Cookidoo® to meal plan, generate shopping lists and search for new recipe inspiration!

All recipes can be adapted to gluten-free options, making this class ideal if you're looking for inspiration to suit family members with a gluten intolerance or coeliac disease.

At the end of the class, you'll all sit down together to enjoy the meals made by the group.

The menu includes: 

• Homemade ricotta (gf)

• Ricotta dumplings with napoli sauce (gf option)

• Chunky basil pesto (gf)

• Asparagus and pesto risoni (gf option)

• Caprese hasselback chicken (gf option)

• Flaky pastry / Gluten free pastry (gf)

• Family chicken galette (gf option)

• Superfood salmon salad (gf)

• Curry laksa (gf)

• Baked pumpkin doughnuts (gf option)

• Raspberry whip (gf)

You’ll receive the recipes from the class so that you can recreate them at home.

*New to our Hands-on classes* - BYO and enjoy a drink with your meal at the end of the class!

Please note:

• Our Hands-on cooking classes are only suitable for Participants aged 18 years and over.

• Closed in shoes must be worn.
