Thailand's 1st film screening of WASTED! The Story of Food Waste featuring Anthony Bourdain. 

Featuring opening remarks by UN Environment, Chef Daniel Bucher of Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park, and Tesco-Lotus. Followed by film screening of WASTED! and panel discussion with executives from Scholars of Sustenance, Winnow Solutions, and the Thai Pollution Control Department. 
WASTED! showcases forward-thinking leaders who demonstrate how each of us can make small changes – all of them delicious – to solve the issue of food waste, one of the greatest problems of the 21st Century.
