Weekly Storytime

At The Little Bookroom we want to build a community around reading - and no one is too small to be a part!

Storytime is a time to discover new picture books and sing your heart out!

Everyone is warmly welcome: we plan with wriggly toddlers in mind, but find that babies and pre-schoolers seem engaged too.

After packing up the toys, Leesa sings a welcome song to focus everyone's attention. Then it's story - rhymes - story - shaker time - story and a goodbye song. Everyone is welcome to linger while the littles play with the train table and toys.

Gold Coin donations to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation are appreciated.

On busy days we ask for prams to be parked in front of the shop.
