A powerful blend of mindful and functional movements, accessible mobility, strength and stability practices, along with time to rest and restore.

 

This is for you if you:

✨ Are either an experienced or first-time yogi seeking to develop a deeper understanding of how your body moves and how yoga can support your everyday life.

✨ Want to understand your postural habits and how to rewire your body and nervous system to reduce soreness, stiffness and pain.

✨ Are seeking more stability and ease of movement in your joints

✨ Are craving a sense of space and connection within your body.

✨ Want to live a more conscious life - body and mind.

 

Our five weeks together include:

✨ 5 x weekly in-person classes (75mins)

✨ Weekly emails with tips and tricks to support and integrate your learnings into your life

✨ Supportive community vibe

The Series commences at 5.45pm on Thursday 2nd April 2020 and runs weekly for five weeks - Class dates - 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th April .

Suitable for all levels - beginners welcome
