Wild Heart Workshop - Brisbane

A full day intimacy workshop for women that focuses on embodiment as a gateway to experiencing greater pleasure and connection.

In this event we share powerful tantric teachings and practises. We share wisdom, tools and practises to assist you to overcome body shame, create internal safety, tune into your internal compass, trust your ability to honour and communicate your needs, desires, and boundaries, and create deeper intimacy with yourself, others and all of life.

The depth of intimacy we open to receive is often relative to the measure of safety we feel. With many of us being disconnected from our bodies, we fall deaf on our internal compass, and this creates a lack of trust. Without trust, we will not be receptive to pleasure and deep connection. Navigating intimacy with others becomes much easier when we have explored our own depths.

This workshop is for women who desire more depth, connection, bliss, pleasure, self-love and intimacy with themselves and others. It is for the women who are ready to drop the body shame, the guilty and the past hurts, so they step into the fullness of their magnetic feminine essence. We are calling all women who are ready to be seen, to get raw and vulnerable, who are ready to let go of the old programming around what it means to be a woman, and feel sexy and empowered in their body.

The portrait photography will be a final element to your journey of being fully seen and expressed in your liberated and embodied self. We will allow for the energy and emotion to be captured as a reminder of who you truly are and how you get to show up in this world.

Facilitators

The Heart of Intimacy is the true essence of tantra. It is about becoming so present and deeply embodied that we experience the ecstasy of consciousness merging with our flesh. We are three soul sisters on a mission to inspire deeper intimacy and ecstasy in the world. Sara

Sara Elice is an embodiment facilitator and intimacy coach who is passionate about inspiring deep intimacy and empowered relationships in the world. After a decade of embodiment practise, Sara has mastered a deep connection and reverence for the innate wisdom of the body and now shares the keys to aligning life with this inner compass. Sara has a potent ability of helping you slice through any blocks you have to receiving and maintaining the depth of intimacy you desire. The way Sara expresses herself is passionate, fun, and authentic, making it easy to relate and leaving you feeling empowered. Sara is the host of Australia's premier sex and relationship event; Enlightenment in the bedroom. She also runs kundalini dance courses and online coaching programs. Caitlin

Caitlin Rose Taylor is a creatrix, psychic, and facilitator. She uses an embodied and intuitive approach to her work. She uses her gifts to help guide women home to their truth, so that they can live a liberated and aligned life, full of pleasure and flow. She does this by incorporating tantric principles, mentoring, guidance from spirit, energy healing and facilitation. But above all else, by empowering you to take full responsibility for your own life.

Liv

Olivia is a passionate therapist, TERT practitioner, and facilitator that has been initiated into women's work while working in the trauma field. Olivia has been studying and applying the principles of tantra for 4 years and is studying to become an intimacy and relationship coach.

Tickets for the workshop are $150, which includes lunch and edited photos following the event.
