More than a women's circle - honouring the sacred

Due to the positive feedback from our recent event we are offering another event in November.
This months theme is around the idea of our sacredness. How can we honour our own sacredness and weave this in our everyday lives. What does sacred mean to us? What parts of us are sacred? How does honouring our sacredness improve our lives?
Through the practices taught at this one-day women’s event we will delve deep into what it feels like when we come to be in our sacred feminine and how we can embody this in our everyday lives with reverence.
Your investment for this authentic and one of a kind women’s circle event is $59 for a working female adult or $49 for a female concession card holder.
Places are strictly limited due to space, so book early to take advantage of these early bird ticket prices as they will increase from November 2nd.
Your ticket includes: heart-centered guided meditation with cacao, 5Rhythms dance, feminine yoga practices, yoga niidra relaxation and the space to share and be held in a safe space with other women.
What to bring on the day:
Comfortable clothes to move in
A small plate of food for a shared lunch, healthy options preferred.
Water bottle
A Journal or notebook and pen
Something you would like to place in the circle for the day (crystals, something from nature, something of significance to you)
A yoga mat and bolster or cushion, a blanket to cover yourself during relaxation.
