"We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.”
~ George Bernard Shaw

How different would the world be if women throughout history could feel completely free to laugh out loudly, move their bodies in all the ways possible, have loud voices, express anger, wear whatever they want, speak with power, take their space with confidence, take risks without judgement? To just be whoever they want to be!
I believe that human imagination is the most powerful tool for change.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A WORKSHOP
This workshop will start with a playful exercise in a circle that helps us to leave the busy day behind us and become present together in the space. Next, we will introduce ourselves in a fun way. Following we will play a few funny circle games that will make us laugh, let go of all the build-up stress and release all the amazing endorphins into our brain. This will all happen organically and not too far out of the comfort zone. Further into the workshop, we will do some play in groups or duos, finding joy in playful connection to others. We will finish again in a circle with a small ritual, leaving behind whatever doesn’t serve us anymore and walking out inspired, energised and fulfilled. Our main tools for play will be our imagination, our bodies and voices. There is no right or wrong in this workshop and the main purpose is to have fun together without self -judgement.
Laughter is proven to be a valid and beneficial form of cardiovascular workout.
THE MAGIC OF PLAY
In this time of social, economic, and environmental uncertainty, it's a joy and relief to regard play as a spiritual practice.
Playing with your partner, friends, children, pets and/or co-workers is a great way to reduce stress, foster your imagination, fuel creativity and nurture emotional well-being. Playing stimulates brain function and stimulates your mind! What's even more important is that it improves your relationships and connections with others.
Want to break free from old patterns? Change is possible! And it’s in your hands!
Join me for a workshop of play, fun and laughter to heal and foster self-love.

Hope to play with you soon,
Ioulia

PS: Please arrive at 6.45pm, for a 7pm start.
