Many people don’t have clarity about their true desires or if they do, they don’t believe it’s possible for them in their current circumstances. Very often our dreams don’t actualize because we never really wanted them in the first place but somehow were taught to desire them.

Many people set goals, but are not sure why they aren’t achieving them.

We will break down how to set goals, remove blocks that are standing in your way and create a vision that aligns with your true heart’s desires.

All of this will be accompanied with fun, laughter and tears if needed.

Meet Your Hosts

Heather Crandall is a certified Results Coach, Yoga Teacher, Simply Healed energy healer, and currently studying NLP & Dr. Joe Dispenza's work.

After a successful career in Fashion & Skincare, Heather moved from NYC to Sydney 3 years ago. Her life took a dramatic change as she underwent spine surgery and then faced demanding health challenges. What seemed to be a curse has turned into her greatest gift.

During this journey, Heather delve into courses, self study and reflection. She is passionate to share the knowledge she's gained that has helped her heal & brightened her life and future.

Ly Aunapu is a transformation coach, mentor, accredited Journey Practitioner, writer and workshop facilitator. She is on a mission to encourage women to be bold and courageous so that they can achieve the unexpected on their own journey, dare to let go of their insecurities, face their fears, own their failures, celebrate their blueprint and live their truth.

Despite being a published journalist since age 16 and obtaining a masters in journalism, Ly found later in life passion for helping women. Recently she has also shared her own journey with losing her hair to alopecia and embracing being bald and bold.

She works spreading her message globally through workshops, coaching women one-on-one, facilitating Women's Circles and by supporting her community on social media. She has lived in 6 different countries and her work has been published in the Elephant Journal and Thrive Global amongst other publications.
