Bringing Yin Yoga and Acupuncture in one class.
The Yin and Pins class will be led by our Yin Teacher, Cecilia and experienced Acupuncturist, Nalinee. It will consist of 45 minutes Yin Yoga and 30 minutes of Acupuncture (there is an option to use needles or ear seeds).
The Yin Yoga sequence in Autumn is about letting go and enriching our selves, by pulling inward with poses designed to gently open our chest and lungs as well as supporting our digestion.
The acupuncture will bring you to a deeper state of relaxation. The acupressure points will be located on the hand and ear to balance the functions of the body, mind and spirit to restore health.
Yin and Pins is suitable for beginners and all props will be provided on the day.
