Yoga Class

Conducted by Hiroko Yanamoto-Symonds, the class is open to all; men and women, young and old, the flexible and inflexible. Students are free to start, stop and recommence their attendance at the class as needed.

Since 1991 Hiroko has been studying and practicing Yoga. Having completed Yoga Teacher training courses in Sydney and later in India, she has been teaching Yoga since 2000.

Class Fees: PAY AT VENUE

5 class pass - $80 ($16 per class). l 10 Class pass - $150 ($15 per class).

Casual Class - $20 (Special price for Vedanta Society and Vedanta Centre Members - $15)

Come at least 5 minutes before start of class. Wear loose-fitting clothing. Bring a yoga mat or towel. Class is held on carpeted floor. If desired bring a blanket too for relaxation session.
