Yoga invites you to move consciously while connecting to your breathe. It helps to slow our minds down, bring awareness inwards and facilitates the stillness required for meditation. Classes are open to all, regardless of finance, experience, age, shape, size and ability.
Classes led by certified yoga teachers Amelie Patrux from Feel-in(g) Slow Yoga, Kate Sherman, Mariam Nakhla and Betsy Lea from Revel in Motion Yoga.

This class is BY DONATION only - Our community at the Sydney Buddhist Centre is based on 'dana', the Sanskrit term for generosity – people giving their time and energy to create something together. We aim to offer our activities open-handedly. Please feel free to contribute as much or as little as you can after each class. There is a donation bowl available.
