This yoga class will last for approx. 1 hour, starting promptly at 5:30 pm.
The yoga class will be suitable for complete beginners - intermediate levels. If you have any limitations please let me know beforehand so we can take that into account so that you have a great experience.
At 6:30 pm there will be an optional half hour Yoga Nidra (relaxing yoga also known as sleep yoga). If you need to leave quietly at 6:30 pm that's fine but you are most welcome to stay on at no additional cost.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own yoga mat, cushion/bolster and blanket (if staying for the Yoga Nidra) - if possible. If you need a chair just let me know.
