Esta clase de Yoga es para ti si quieres alcanzar fuerza, flexibilidad y relajar tu mente y conectarte con tu propia naturaleza y ser!

El estilo de yoga es una mezcla de clásico Hatha y Yin Yoga. Es una clase de yoga para mejorar tu postura, flexibilidad y fuerza con enfoque en la alineación del cuerpo.

Muy conveniente para personas que pasan mucho tiempo sentadas y con grandes niveles de estrés.

¿Cómo?

¿Que necesitas?
- Compu, tablet (o cel) y internet y cámara activada
- Tapete de yoga o toalla grande
- Ropa cómoda (mallas, pantalones de jogging).

¿Precio y pago?
Clase suelta: 100 pesos por persona
Tarjeta de 4 classes: 320 pesos

¿Quién soy yo?
Me llamo Jeanine y soy de Alemania (Münster). Dejé mi trabajo después de 11 años trabajando para un proveedor de IT, vendí mis cosas y empezé a viajar. Era voluntaria en muchos paises, hice una formación de Yoga en Canada y aprendí meditación en Irlanda. Durante mi viaje tambien estuve en México dónde di clases de Yoga en lugares diferentes. Los ultimos dos años viví en Barcelona, España y di caminatas conscientes acá y clases de Yoga al aire libre y lo disfruté mucho conectarme con la gente y con la naturaleza. Pero mi corazón late para México por eso vivo ahora aquí y me gustaría continuar con las actividades en la naturaleza. Se siente cómo "mini" vacaciones :-).

This Yoga class is for you if you are looking for gaining flexibility, build up strength, free your mind and for a deeper connection with your own Nature and being. The Yoga style is a mixture of classic Hatha and Yin Yoga.

How?
Get the link to the session by sending me a message, click on the link and like this you are in the session. Please make the payment before or right after class.

What you need?
- Computer, tablet (or smartphone) and internet and activated camera
- Big towel or yoga mat.
- Comfortable clothes (leggings, jogging pants).

Costs & payment?
Drop-In class = 100 pesos per person
4-class-pass = 320 pesos

About me:
I am from Germany in Muenster. I quit my busy and well-paid job after 11 years,sold the most of my stuff, moved out of my apartment and started travelling in January 2014.I volunteered in many countries, learnt in Ireland how to meditate, did a Yoga teacher training in Canada, took massage classes in Spain and Mexico and attended courses about Ayurveda. Now I m sharing my experiences and knowledge with people who would like to change something in their life and do more of what makes them happy.
