The workforce of the future
As a young professional you have to make it part of your professional journey to challenge yourself and embrace the need for lifelong learning. As BLBG we want to help you doing so by hosting an evening that focusses on some hot topics. Our speakers will facilitate interactive sessions related to the impacts of people strategy and artificial intelligence on the workforce.
This evening is co-hosted by the Europa/Asia club at INSEAD. The mix of Belgian/Luxembourg professionals and the MBA students will ensure a significant added value for all participants.
We hope to see you there!

About the speakers:
Anne Caron
Anne started her professional Human Resources (HR) career at Douge International, a European executive search firm specialising in headhunting for upper management level. She was approached by Google in 2006 to set up their in-house headhunting function in Europe. In her 10 years at Google, she built several Talent Acquisition teams across EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) as well as designed HR processes that maximise both efficiency and productivity at scale. Her teams reached best productivity worldwide at multiple occasions (in 2008, 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2015). Over the course of her career, Anne has developed an expertise in HR, specifically people management in a diverse workplace environment.
Carina Rogerio
After reaching partner level in less than 5 years in an international law firm where she entered as junior associate, Carina decided to take up a new challenge in embracing her passion for coaching and mediation, both disciplines she got trained and certified alongside her career as business lawyer in the law firm.
She is also Board Director of the Belgium Luxembourg Business Group (BLBG) since 2012 and an accredited Mediator under the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) and Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) since 2016.
On the top of currently conducting workshops and/or trainings as well as coaching at Executive Coach International, Carina took the leap in 2017 by founding her own company to combine these different skill-sets under one organisation with the intention to provide several tools depending on the needs and life stages of the client, be it individuals or organisations.
